SteamForge AI is an AI-powered Steam marketing asset generator for game developers. For privacy-related requests, contact support@steamforge.online.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account data — name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers provided through Clerk (including Google or GitHub if you choose those sign-in methods).
• Billing data — subscription plan, invoices, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Project & upload data — game names, prompts, settings, and images you upload (logos, backgrounds, characters, screenshots, overlays) to generate Steam assets.
• Usage data — generations, credit usage, downloads, device/browser metadata, IP address, and approximate logs needed for security, rate limiting, and product analytics.
• Communications — support tickets and messages you send to us.

3. How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Generate, store, and deliver marketing assets you request
• Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud or abuse
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and credit usage
• Respond to support requests and send service-related notices
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information. Uploaded creative files are used only to deliver the Service for your account, not to train public models for unrelated third parties without your direction.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted processors to operate SteamForge AI:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Stripe — payments and billing
• Cloudflare R2 (or configured object storage) — file storage
• PostgreSQL hosting / cloud database providers — structured data
• AI image providers you configure — generation of creative outputs

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to perform services for us.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, and basic product functionality. Clerk may also set cookies required for sign-in. Where required by law, we will present additional consent choices.

6. Data retention

We retain account, project, and generation data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting support@steamforge.online, subject to retention needs we cannot waive by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, rate limiting, and secure file upload validation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your credentials.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (including EU/EEA/UK and certain US states), you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data
• Export a copy of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
